BESPOKE

Exhibition, Print, & Merchandise Design

THE BRIEF

Museum of Design Atlanta Exhibition Design for the creative range of typography. This exhibition design package was designed for the Museum of Design Atlanta. It features designers Alex Trochut, Lynne Yun, Jon Contino, and Lauren Hom in an exhibition focusing on the creative range of typography in today’s design world.

These four designers display both an understanding and an appreciation of typography design as the convergence of creativity and functionality. This idea strongly correlates with MODA’s mission statement. Not only do they share a passion for typography, but they do so with a healthy range of expressions, examining the versatility of contemporary design practices. With this, there is an exciting synthesis of traditional and modern tools in their processes, approaches, and capabilities.

Bespoke is an exhibition that encompasses both the versatility and range of typography design that each of these designers works with. Each designer exemplifies unique design qualities within their work that would be highlighted in unique typographic workshops as well as an interactive look into the past, present, and future of type design. The main goal of the Bespoke exhibition is to exemplify the idea that typography, design, and the designer can be anything.
